Mrs. Margaret Monroe is a nationally board-certified family nurse practitioner.  She has 35 years of healthcare experience from staff nurse to hospital administration and private practice. 

She is originally from Turnersville, New Jersey. Mrs. Monroe graduated in 1983, she obtained an Associate Degree in Applied Science/Nursing in 1996. In 2013, Mrs. Monroe obtained a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  She returned to graduate studies in 2015 at South University in Savannah, Georgia, where she pursued a degree as a family nurse practitioner and obtained a post-masters certificate. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Facial Esthetics, and American Association of Nurse Leaders. Mrs. Monroe specializes in Men and Women’s health, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, Weight Loss and Aesthetics, and Primary Care.

Margaret, who prefers the name Peggy, has lived in Raeford, NC for the past 15 years with her husband Wayne.  They enjoy spending time with their family and friends and traveling to the islands whenever possible.
